The Evenstar app is a personal journal. All content and data you create within the app is yours and is stored exclusively on your device. You are responsible for the security and backup of your device and its contents. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app offers a subscription for additional features through an In-App Purchase. Payments for these subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play Store, and you are bound by their respective terms of service. The subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel within a given periode. You can learn more about this on the websites of the app stores. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device's account settings for the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. No Collection of Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information from you. As there are no user accounts, we have no way to identify you.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of Evenstar be liable for any damages, including data loss or other damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
